As we deal in digital documentation and processing services, there is no physical product involved that can be returned. Once a PAN application or correction request is submitted, it is processed immediately through authorized portals, and hence, cannot be reversed.

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same application, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.
  • Failed Transaction: If the payment was deducted but the service was not initiated, we will either complete the service or initiate a refund.
  • Service Not Delivered: If your application has not been processed at all due to a system issue or delay from our end (and not due to missing/incomplete documents from your side), a refund request can be made within 3 days of payment.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Application already submitted to the PAN authority
  • Delay due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the user
  • User voluntarily cancels the request after processing has started
