At Lenspanpay.in, we value your trust and strive to provide transparent and customer-friendly service. Since we offer digital services related to PAN card applications, corrections, and related assistance, our refund and return policy is as follows:
π No Return Applicable
As we deal in digital documentation and processing services, there is no physical product involved that can be returned. Once a PAN application or correction request is submitted, it is processed immediately through authorized portals, and hence, cannot be reversed.
π° Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same application, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.
- Failed Transaction: If the payment was deducted but the service was not initiated, we will either complete the service or initiate a refund.
- Service Not Delivered: If your application has not been processed at all due to a system issue or delay from our end (and not due to missing/incomplete documents from your side), a refund request can be made within 3 days of payment.
π« Non-Refundable Situations
- Application already submitted to the PAN authority
- Delay due to incomplete or incorrect documents provided by the user
- User voluntarily cancels the request after processing has started

- Registered mobile number
- Transaction ID / payment receipt
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3β5 working days.
